Conseto.
Site growth platform for EU-hosted sites. Five pillars (analytics, legal, security, marketing, intelligence) in one dashboard, GDPR-first.

Roles
UI/UX Design Full-Stack Development Database Architecture DevOps & Deployment API Design
Problem
Site owners in the EU keep stitching together five separate SaaS tools — Google Analytics, a consent-management platform, an uptime monitor, an email blast tool, and some manual SEO spreadsheet — and ending up with data scattered across five dashboards, five billings, five GDPR surfaces. I wanted one tool, EU-hosted, that did enough of each to make the others unnecessary for 80% of sites.
Approach
Five pillars, one database, one dashboard. Analytics (first-party, consent-aware). Legal (consent management, DSAR workflow, cookie inventory). Security (CSP reports, TLS monitoring, supply-chain scanning). Marketing (email + simple campaign attribution). Intelligence (automated weekly briefs that summarise what changed).
Built on my own stack so I could iterate fast: Next.js + Postgres + Drizzle
- a thin SaaS shell. No tracking-industry vendors. No US-hosted pipelines.
Outcome
Currently in production testing across a handful of my own properties (this site, faborino.com, a few smaller projects) and a small beta cohort. The analytics pillar is the most advanced; the intelligence pillar is the most differentiating.
This is the dogfooding bench for my own client work. If a new pillar doesn't survive operating against my own properties for two months, it doesn't ship.
