Problem

Slovak and Czech SMBs in the 5–50-employee band have the same shape of pain: order e-mails get manually retyped into Pohoda or KROS, customer enquiries scatter across WhatsApp / contact form / shared inbox, and nobody on the team has time to handle the 2027 e-invoice migration that becomes mandatory in January. Every "AI agency" pitches them strategy. None of them ship a working agent into the client's accounting system in three weeks.

The market also has a real budget problem: 85 % of qualified SMB projects can be subsidised through SIEA, Plán obnovy, or Digitálne poukážky, but the grant paperwork looks like a half-year project. So the SMBs default to "we'll deal with it next quarter" — and stay stuck.

Approach

Two-person delivery team, not an agency. Matúš in Košice on business + client discovery + partnership channels (accounting firms). Me on technical implementation. No account managers, no offshored delivery, no "AI strategy decks" — we ship the agent.

Audit-first. Every engagement starts with a paid 499 € audit: one day on-site or via call, two-to-three days of writing. Output is a 15–25-page document — process map, three to five proposed agents with ROI math, integration plan, fixed quote, grant orientation. The document belongs to the client whether they continue with us or not. The audit fee is deducted from the first build over 5,000 €.

Grant-packaged delivery. We handle the SIEA / Plán obnovy / digital voucher paperwork ourselves so the client signs one contract and pays the residual after grant approval. 85 % subsidy is the realistic ceiling on most qualified projects.

Fixed-scope builds. Three commitment tiers — small (5–8 k €, single workflow), standard (10–18 k €, multi-system integration), large (20–30 k €, platform-grade automation across the firm). Always fixed price, milestone-billed. No success fees, no time-and-materials, no "trust us we'll know when we're done."

What it does

CapabilityWhat that means in practice
E-mail-to-ERP pipelineIncoming order / enquiry e-mails read via IMAP, parsed with structured AI extraction, written into Pohoda / KROS / Money S3 / Omega
2027 e-invoice readinessPeppol setup + outbound XML invoicing wired into the client's existing accounting flow
Multi-channel triageForm, e-mail, and WhatsApp inquiries normalised into a single CRM thread with auto-qualified status
E-shop syncShoptet / Upgates orders auto-replicated as invoices + stock updates, with a human-in-the-loop step for first-time-customer review
Grant orientationSIEA + Plán obnovy + Digitálne poukážky packaged into a single submission with the technical scope already attached

Tech stack

  • Next.js 16 + React 19 + TypeScript — the marketing site + the internal admin surface that runs the audit pipeline
  • Tailwind v4 — design system in code, no separate Figma round
  • Supabase — Postgres + auth for the audit pipeline, client workspace, and document storage
  • Anthropic Claude (API + MCP) — primary reasoning model for the agents; MCP servers wire into client ERPs and inboxes
  • nodemailer + imapflow + mailparser — outbound + inbound e-mail automation, the backbone of the e-mail-to-ERP workflow
  • Zod + react-hook-form — typed form validation on every public
    • admin form (audit request, intake, contracts)
  • GSAP — landing-page motion (subtle, not theatrical)
  • Vercel — hosting + preview deployments

Outcomes

12 weeks since launch, 9 audits sold, 4 implementations in delivery, one Peppol-compliant invoicing pipeline live for a Pohoda-based client. The two-person model holds: zero overhead, fixed cost of delivery, every audit pays for itself before the build starts.

The 2027 e-invoice deadline is doing the lead-gen for us — Slovak SMB owners have started searching for "Peppol Pohoda" + "e-faktúra 2027" and finding the audit landing. That funnel is exactly what we built the site to capture.
